I cannot recommend Rose Architecture and Construction enough. They very graciously took on my very difficult project after another contractor resigned. I am beyond happy with the result. I know with Rose that the job has been done properly, as Zach, Corey, and all of their associates were able to communicate exactly what was being done, when, and why. The communication was unmatched. I will actually miss their updates!In addition to excellent communication, the job was done in a timely manner. More was completed with this company in 2 weeks than 10 months with my previous contractor. All of the folks who worked on the job were kind and hardworking. I have only positive things to say about Rose Architecture and Construction. I will happily use them again in the future, and I am thankful I was put in touch with such an upstanding company and people behind it.

We have built or renovated several buildings, including a Medical Building, and several homes in the past. When we acquired a condo in Pompano Beach that required a total renovation, we interviewed several architects, and found Zachery Rose to have the experience, professionalism and enthusiasm that we were looking for. Rose Architecture is a design/build firm, and from the very first meeting through the final walk through, we had been thoroughly impressed with them. Zachery Rose showed the rare ability to quickly and fairly resolve any disputes, whether with ourselves, the city inspectors, the Condo Association, suppliers, or the sub-contractors. And speaking of the subs, their build department have assembled a grouping of subs that are professional and competent; a rarity in South Florida, believe me!I would (and already have) recommend Zachary Rose and his firm to anyone who is facing any construction project.

We used Rose Architects to help us out with a code violation correction. Zach and his staff came in and evaluated the issues the next day, and whipped up quality drawings that the city approved on the first review. They were always very responsive and punctual with all site visits. These are the kind of knowledgeable people you need on your side when dealing with complex construction issues.

Zach and Kevin are awesome. Can't recommend enough. Very complex plans (5,300 square feet of office space damaged from a plane crash) passed through the City of Fort Lauderdale with no comments. Zach and his team also pulled permits and completed all of the demolition work and saved me thousands of dollars. Very happy with the service, communication, and results. Will be using for future work.

My husband and I found Rose Architects via a website search, and I was so impressed by the positive reviews. We met and immediately felt comfortable and confident in Zach and his team to supply plans for our new single family home. In my experience, everything I read was absolutely true. From the very beginning, everyone was professional, pleasant, capable, knowledgeable, caring and responsive. Emails, texts or phone calls were responded to speedily, and in one instance, because I couldn’t sleep, I sent off an email inquiry at 4:30 in the morning and was shocked to get a response back in 15 minutes. The team handled everything, including mechanical, civil and structural engineers, so we had a one-stop-shop for all our needs. The plans produced were brilliant, and it seems no stone was left unturned.I can wholeheartedly recommend Rose Architects. They really do care, and are awesome at what they do. Rose Architects is one of the best companies I have worked with for architectural services. The staff is very professional and on top of dealing with the building department to get permits approved quickly with minimal comments or revisions. Rose Architects completed my set of permit drawings within a few days and made me feel like they valued me as a client. Zach Rose "had me at hello"! Zach is so passionate about his work and providing the best service to his clients...this was immediately evident to me! After several negative experiences with other architects, I was thrilled to have found Zach and his truly sterling character. Zach has become my remodel angel! Zach has been great to work with. As a local remodeling contractor specializing in kitchens and bathrooms, we often require the advise and guidance of an Architect. Many of our projects are small, but very detailed, and Zach is always there when we need him. His plans help to get Permits in a timely manner and allow us to keep the job running.
